1. What stays on your computer

Reelsmith edits, renders and runs its AI models on your own device. Your footage, projects and exports are not uploaded to us.

2. What we collect

Account data: name, email address, and sign-in method (email and password, or Google).
Plan data: your plan, status, expiry date, activation requests and notes from our administrators.
Device data: a device name, operating system, app version, a public key and last-seen time, to enforce device limits.
Usage data: agent credit counts per month and day. We do not record the content of your edits or prompts.
Security data: IP address and timestamps for sign-in, requests and administrator actions.

3. How we use it

To run your account, activate and enforce plans, send transactional emails (verification, request received, activation, expiry and revocation notices), prevent abuse, and improve the product.

4. Who processes it

We use Google Firebase (authentication, database, hosting, functions), Resend (email delivery) and Cloudflare Turnstile (robot checks). Data may be processed in the regions those providers operate.

5. Retention and your rights

We keep account data while your account exists, and audit records for as long as needed for security. You may ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to reelsmith@ibnxr.com.

6. Cookies

This site uses only the storage needed for sign-in. No advertising cookies.
