Terms of Use

1. Beta service

Reelsmith is in beta. Features, plans and limits can change, and the service may be interrupted. There are no card payments during the beta; plans are activated by an administrator on request.

2. Your account

You must verify your email and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Plans allow a fixed number of devices and agent connections.

3. Plans and fair use

Basic, Pro and Max differ in export size, agent access, devices and support. Pro agent use is limited by monthly and daily credits. Max agent use is unlimited under fair use. We may suspend or revoke accounts that abuse the service, share licences, or tamper with licence checks.

4. Your content

You own your footage, projects and exports. They stay on your device. You are responsible for having the rights to the media you edit.

5. Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer or bypass licence enforcement, attack the service, or use it to create unlawful content.

6. Updates

The desktop app checks for updates and may require a minimum version for security reasons.

7. Warranty and liability

The beta is provided as is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, IBN is not liable for indirect loss or loss of data. Keep backups of your projects.
